We are specialists in 2 K spray finishing, clear lacquer finishing, timber and wood spray finishing to name just a few. Based in rural Kent we finish most substrates from every type of wood through to metal, plastic and glass. We also offer through our sister company, a full range of bespoke kitchens, bespoke bathroom furniture and bedrooms and bespoke made furniture for Media areas and open plan living.

Mark Williams
Director
Mark has been involved in the spray finishing industry for over 22 years and not only is he one of the three Directors, but he is also the senior spray technician. Mark also undertakes all the final checks in our quality control section of the factory and shares the daily operations and running of the factory with Amanda.
His philosophy and that of the company is quite simple "He wouldn't have anything coming out of the factory, that he wouldn't accept in his own home" Mark has worked on some exciting projects over the years and specialises in matching of colours and working with some interesting specialist finishes.
Amanda Akehust
Director
Amanda has been in the kitchen and furniture industry for over 23 years, and previous to this was in the glass and glazing industry for over 10 years, her role within the company is Business development and purchasing, and she shares the daily operations and running of the factory with Mark.
Although she isn't scared of picking up a sander when needed or jumping in the delivery van . Amanda set up our sister company "Gecko Group" over 15 years ago and Gecko continues to be one of our main working partners supplying high end finished kitchens and bespoke furniture as well as glass splashbacks to many showrooms throughout London, Kent, Sussex and surrounding areas.
"One of the hardest things for any company to control and maintain is quality, and by setting up Elite as one of its main partners this was the way of making sure Gecko could achieve the quality and level of finish we required for our bespoke kitchen furniture.
Fiona McCrossan
Director
Fiona started out in the RAF in her early years and then moved into IT over 25 years ago, then finally making her move into the kitchen and furniture industry over 11 years ago.
IT still plays a big part in her daily work schedule, as she undertakes the back end IT side for the company and organising the working structures within the factory and the accounts department.
But don't be fooled she knows her away around an orbital sander and sanding block when required!
Joshua Saunders
Preparation and Design
Josh runs the preparation side of the business and also undertakes the technical design side of our projects. His is also a dab hand with a spray gun when he needs to be.
Josh served out his apprenticeship in
North West Kent collage, where he qualified in carpentry and bench joinery and has been in the carpentry and joinery industry for over eight years.
Josh is amazing on the orbital sander and his eye to detail is impeccable He oversees the quality control side of all projects along side Mark. From concept, right through to completion best describes Josh's role in the company!
Wesley Wise
Sprayer and Preparation
Wesley graduated from London South Bank University with a degree in Digital Photography, after a period of time in the professional photography arena he took a change of direction and has now been spraying for over 9 years.
Wesley's degree has come in useful as his attention to detail has been imperative to his work and shows in its outstanding finish.
Wesley is also experienced with assembly, woodwork and fitting and has over 5 years in bench joinery so he knows exactly what level of preparation work is required to achieve the high standard of spray finishing Elite requires of him.
